This document outlines the points and awards system for the 40 Something Cowgirls organization. Members can earn points across six divisions for activities like recruiting new members, attending events, creative submissions, and chapter participation. Points are not based on judging but rather participation. At the end of each year, members in each division can win prizes like saddles, buckles, apparel or cash based on their total points. The top individuals and chapters in each division are recognized.
