loosen, allowing the straps to detach from the seat and pose a fall hazard.

wall and gate is not enough to hold the gate in position. Therefore, it poses a fall hazard, and the
lower metal bar can be a tripping hazard.

metal thread inside the interior shoe liner can loosen and poke through the shoe lining.

children's sunglasses due to excessive levels of lead in the surface paint.

Items Recalled: Ace Bayou has recalled its bean bag chairs after two children died from suffocation.
The zippers on the chairs can be opened, and children can crawl inside, get trapped and suffocate or
choke on the foam beads.

Items Recalled: Bexco has recalled the Franklin and Ben Mason 4-in-1 convertible cribs because the
crib front can detach from the side panels, creating a dangerous gap that could cause a child to fall
out or became trapped.

images of the characters Dora the Explorer®, Hello Kitty®, SpongeBob Square Pants®, and
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles®. The bottles pose a laceration hazard becuase the lid can break into
pieces with sharp points.

7. Items Recalled: Dream On Me has recalled its Dinah high chairs. The leg or side opening of the chair
can cause children to become entrapped at the neck or fall from the chair.

Items Recalled: Oeuf has recalled four models of its Sparrow cribs after finding that the
slats/spindles and top rail can detach from the cribs and entrap babies.

Items Recalled: GlaxoSmithKline has recalled bottles of 100ct Panadol Advance®, which is sold
exclusively in Puerto Rico, because the packaging is not child-resistant. The medicine comes in white
containers with a blue label, inside a blue box.

Items Recalled: Lakeshore Learning Materials recalled the three animal figures from their Bristle
Builders® for Toddlers sets: a yellow duck with a purple round base, a brown horse with a blue
round base and a pink pig with a round green base. The bases can detach and pose a choking
hazard.

Items Recalled: Brooks Furniture recalled two styles of their glider rockers (1529P and 1529V-LM)
after reports of spindles separating or loosening on the base of the chair.

adapters on the seat can break and cause the baby to fall.

can come off and cause choking if swallowed.

The beads on the baskets can detach.
8. Items Recalled: Factory Racing recalled their children's outerwear due to a strangulation hazard.
The drawstrings can get caught in doors, playground equipment or other objects.
Items Recalled: IKEA recalled their wall mounted lamps because of a strangulation hazard. The
electrical cord that hangs from the wall can get caught around the child.
Items Recalled: Summer Infant recalled 800,000 batteries due to a burn hazard.
Items Recalled:Wal-Mart recalled their My Sweet Love/My Sweet Cuddle Care Baby Doll due to a
burn hazard. The circuit in the doll can get too hot and burn.

pom-pom tail can fall off and can pose a hazard to young children who may swallow it.
Items Recalled: Ganz recalled their Grumpy Cat toy due to a choking hazard. The eyes can detach
and cause young kids to choke when swallowed.
Items Recalled: Design Ideas recalled their Rubber Ducky magnets and Blowfish and Splat magnets
due to an ingestion hazard. If multiple magnets are wallowed, they can link in the body and cause
intestinal obstruction.
Item Recalled: Infantino has recalled their Go Gaga Squeeze and Teethe Coco the Monkey teething
toys due to a choking hazard. They were sold exclusively at Target.

can possibly strangle the wearer.

hazard. The metal rivets that secure the shoe strings can cut wearers.

Items Recalled: Runway GLobal has recalled their girls' Sugarfly hooded jackets due to a
strangulation hazard. They were sold exclusively at Burlington Coat Factory.
Items Recalled: Lion Force has recalled their boys' puffer coats for a strangulation hazard from the
drawstrings. They were sold exclusively at Burlington Coat Factory.
Items Recalled: Fred Friends has recalled their Chill Baby Artiste, Volume and Panic pacifiers. The
ventilation holes are too small and the parts on the pacifiers can detach and pose a choking hazard.
Items Recalled: IKEA has recalled their Kritter and Singular Junior Beds. A medal rod that connects
the guard rail to the bed poses a laceration hazard.
Items Recalled: Horizon Hobby has recalled their remote control model helicopters Blade 500 X BNF
and Blade 500 3D RTF and BNF. The tail rotor grip which is used to secure the tail blade can detach
from the helicopter posing an injury hazard.
Items Recalled: Joovy has recalled the Zoom Car Seat Stroller Adapter due to a fall hazard. The
adapter clamps can loosen causing the stroller to become unstable.
Items Recalled: Mirage Fashions recalled Yoki Girls Faux Leather Jackets due to a strangulation
hazard.
Items Recalled: Doodlebutt has recalled Jelly BeadZ Jumbo BeadZ and Magic Growing Fruity Fun
Toys. The product is small and soft and can be mistaken for candy.

are wider than the approved 3 and a half inches. This could cause entrapment or suffocation of a
child.

can crack and cause the child sitting to fall.
11. Items Recalled: Babycottons recently recalled their children's pajamas because they did not meet
federal flammability standards.
Items Recalled: Dream On Me has recalled their Lullaby Cradle Gliders due to a fall hazard. The
mattress board can fall or slide out of the bottom posing a fall risk for babies.
Items Recalled: Vans recalled their boy's hooded jackets with drawstrings. The drawstrings do not
meet the kid's outerwear standards and pose a strangulation hazard.
Items Recalled: BreathableBaby recalled their Wearable Blanket. The zipper pull tags can detach,
posing a choking hazard.
Items Recalled: Target recently recalled their sitting stools for children due to a falling hazard. The
stabilizing bar can crack and cause the child to fall from the chair.
Items Recalled:Infinitoy has recalled their softimals play sets. The figures could be swallowed by
children and pose a choking or aspiration hazard.
Items Recalled: Trail Crest has recalled their hooded sweatshirts for children due to a strangulation
hazard. The drawstrings around the neck could harm young children.
Items Recalled: Toys R Us recalled their Journey Girl Travel Trunks due to a laceration hazard. The
metal on the handle of the truck can be sharp. Travel trunks included in the recall have UPC #
48970277965070 and model number 5F5F79E.
Items Recalled: The Children's Place has recalled their bunny-themed one-piece cotton footed
pajamas. The pajamas do not meet the flammability standard posing a burn hazard to children. They
also do not meet the tight fighting sizing requirement.
Items Recalled: Build-A-Bear has recalled their stuffed animal "Sulley" toy for the eyes posing a
choking hazard. Purchasers can return to the store with the toy and receive a capon to make another
stuffed animal.
12. Items Recalled: Baby Jogger has recalled their stroller's car seat adaptors sold between April 1, 2012
and September 20, 2012. The support bars can fail and cause a falling hazard.
Apple Park has recalled it's children's loungewear. The pajamas did not meet the federal
flammability standard and pose a burn risk to children.
Klever Kids recalled it's children's pajamas including the short-sleeved Allover Shark Pajama set, the
longed-sleeved striped monster pajama set, the short-sleeved nightgown, and the long-sleeved
Allover Ballerina Nightgown. The pajamas violated the federal flammability standard.
Items Recalled: Toysmith's light-up frogs and ducks have been recalled from Cost Plus World
Market. The pin on the bottom of the toy is a choking hazard.
Items Recalled: Glideaway has recalled their
Sleepharmony Pink Youth Beds due to a lead
paint violation. The amount of lead in the
paint exceeds the legal limit.
Items Recalled: The water-absorbing polymer
balls that grow to 400 times their original size
are being recalled due to an ingestion hazard.
Item Recalled: The Lesiure Ways brand has
recalled their ladybug-themed kids' outdoor
furniture including the camp chair, folding chair, moon chair, swing chair and patio set. The levels of
lead in the red surface paint violate the federal lead paint standard.
Items Recalled: Macy's has voluntarily recalled the varsity jacket due to the snaps posing a choking
hazard.
Kids II recalled more than 400,000 units due to impact hazard.

can detach, creating a potential choking hazard.
Item recalled: Country Life recalled their Target-Mins iron supplement bottles because the
packaging is not properly child-proofed. If children ingest multiple tablets they are at risk for injury
and death.
Item recalled: Fred Meyer has recalled their Dan-Dee "Chicken Dance" Tap Dance Easter Chicks due
to a potential hazard for hearing damage. The toy's music can reach decibel levels that exceed the
ASTM F963 standard for safety.
Item recalled: Vive La Fete has recalled their children's two piece pajama sets due to a potential risk
of burn injuries. The pajamas do not meet the federal flammability standards for children's clothing.

by the water bottle's spout can breaking off.

potential suffocation and strangulation hazard. If the bag does not have a permanent zipper closure,
young children could unzip, ingest or inhale the beads inside of the bean bag chair.
Item Recalled: J.P. Boden is recalling their Mini Borden Chunky Cord Dungarees. The clasps and
studs on the the pants of the overalls can come off, creating a potential choking hazard.
