1. Brief
For my A2 media course work I have chosen to do a promotion package
for a new film, to include a trailer, together with a film magazine front cover,
featuring the film and a poster for the film. I have chose to create a teen
drama for my course work.

2. Initial ideas
My initial ideas for my film trailer were to create a drama. I researched into a
lot of the sub genres of drama and found I was most interested in ‘Teen
drama’.

3. Inspirational texts
In a cozy, but run down
New England, the knot of
adolescent complexity is
unraveled through the
coming of age stories of
four teen-age girls.
As a new year at school
begins, Lola's heart is
broken by her boyfriend,
though soon she's surprised
by her best friend,
promising musician Kyle,
who reveals his feelings for
her.

4. Target audience
For my target audience I will be aiming this product at both genders but
most likely more popular for females of the age of 15-30 year olds. This
is because I plan on rating the film trailer for 15 and overs.
