PDHPE aims to promote healthy lifestyles and physical activity in students. It focuses on developing five essential life skills - moving, problem solving, communication, interaction, and decision making. These skills benefit students' current and future lives. PDHPE encourages participation, healthy food choices, positive relationships, self-understanding, and knowledge of physical health. It also informs students on safety practices like road safety, cyber safety and swim safety.

 Primary School Personal Development, Health and Physical
Education deals with physical, social, cognitive and emotional
growth, and development patterns.
 It aims to develop positive attitudes in students towards physical
activity and revolves around developing five essential life skills:

 Problem Solving
 Communication
 Interaction
 Decision Making
• These skills will benefit students
in a variety of situations in both
their current and future lives.

3. Healthy Lifestyles
 Personal Development and Health (PDH) is all
about the promotion of healthy living.
 It focuses on developing the decision-making
skills of children to make healthy food choices.
 Provides guidance for appropriate attitudes and
behaviours towards healthy lifestyle choices.

interpersonal relationships.
