how do we prepare our kids?

3. ‘Wanna be like Mike’
S Michael Jordan is an
untouchable. He is so good
at what he does, that he is
completely secure and he
can not be replaced.

4. Job Security
People who have job security in the flat world include:
S Synthesizers
S Explainers
S Leveragers
S Versatilists

5. Versatilists
S Versatilists are able to change and adapt easily.
S A versatilist can be good at doing one job, but then can
switch to doing something else just as easily.
S Jack of all traits.

6. Leveragers
S These kinds of jobs use computers. They ‘combine the
best of what computer can do with the best of what
humans can do’.

7. Synthersizers
S These are the workers who put things together. Even
things that you would think don’t go together.

8. Explainers
S These are the workers who can understand things that
are very complicated ad explain them simply, in a way
people can understand them.
