This document promotes a workshop called "Celebrate YOU!" about self-love and self-care. It defines self-love as unconditional compassion for oneself, flaws and all. Self-care is described as taking deliberate time to replenish one's mind, body and soul, not out of selfishness but to refresh one's spirit. The workshop teaches that self-love and self-care are important not just because you deserve them, but because you need them to enrich your life. It is a daily practice that the workshop, held on March 29th, will help people learn.

About the host
Teresa began her life as a symbol of inspiration; born under special
circumstances weighing a little over one pound compounded with
severe heart issues. She overcame these medical obstacles surprising
the doctors by living beyond their projected life span of twenty-four
hours. Later, in her teens, she was introduced to the world of writing
when she submitted a poem for creative writing class which got
featured in the school yearbook. Her professional background has
expanded from working with family owned business to Fortune 500
companies as an executive assistant. This led her to start her own
virtual administrative business, Key Business Partners, LLC in 2007.
Following an internal sense of purpose, she turned that enterprise into
an online book promotional company that has helped numerous
authors share their personal message with others. In 2011, this native
Floridian's true life purpose came to the forefront. As an inspirational
speaker and coach, this author is an advocate for people who want to
realize and celebrate their own uniqueness. She continues her work by
providing coaching and online book marketing services for spiritual
authors, writers and speakers. Teresa shares her passion to empower
others to overcome their obstacles and realize their own voice through
