                             Turkish Program Removes ICT Roadblocks for Small and
                             Medium-Sized Manufacturers
                             The Turkish government’s Target: ICT for SME initiative, with support from the
                             Intel World Ahead Program, is helping smaller manufacturers use information and
                             communications technology (ICT) to build capacity, compete more effectively,
                             and address national policy objectives such as improving labor productivity.
