1. Environmental diary

2. Monday The alarm-clock sounds at 7:15, we lift up the blind to let the sunlight enter my bedroom , so we don´t turn the light on. We go to the kitchen for breakfast, we clean our teeth and close the tap. We get dressed and dry our hair, turn on the light in the bathroom and use the hair-dryer and some hair foam. When we go out the bathroom we turn off the light. Then we walk to school in order not to pollute. When we arrive at school, we don’t lift up the blind and turn on the light. We arrive at home and eat, when we finish, we turn on the computer and it is on the whole day , although we don’t use it. At 20:30 we have a shower not to waste too much water . After dinner , we wash our teeth as the tap is closed. Before going to bed, we watch TV and we sleep on the sofa while it is on.

3. Tuesday Alarm-clock sounds at 7:15. Blinds go up and let the sun in. We have breakfast , when we finish the milk, we put the carton into the recycling bag. We brush our teeth and we forget to turn off the water because we are in a hurry . We comb our hair fast and get dressed. After eating we practise some sport. We go home walking and do our homework. Then we have a shower instead of bathing, have dinner, watch TV and finally we go to bed.

4. Wednesday, Thursday and Friday As the previos days we have breakfast, get dressed, clean our teeth, dry our hair and go to school. When arrive home we turn on the computer and use the internet chat and the phone to talk to people. Before going out, we have a shower and we use deodorant spray, knowing that it is very polluting. We hang out with some friends ,come back home late and thengo to bed.

5. Saturday We get up very late because it is Saturday and we don’t go to school. We have breakfast, we put the dishes into the dishwasher, so that later when it is full, we turn it on to save some water. Then we have shower rather than bathe and we dry our hair with the dryer. We have lunch and turn on the computer but we turn it off before leaving. In the evening when we arrive home,we turn on the lights and put down the blinds. Finally when we go to sleep, we turn off the lights.

6. Sunday We get up very late as the previous day.We have breakfast and clean our teeth. We do our homework to make good use of the sunlight. After having lunch we go out with some friends .Then we go back home,have a relaxing bath, have dinner and finally we go to bed.

7. Pollution in Madrid In Madrid, every day the pollution is high, as in other cities. We must find a solution.
