9. Passport activity Throughout the day teams and individuals will be able to visit activities which highlight positive life changes and collect stamps on their passport. Each completed passport will be place in a barrel. A prize will be presented to the owner of the passport drawn out.

How much should I drink?Cancer Council recommends that, to reduce therisk of cancer, alcohol consumption should belimited or avoided.Julie – the most important thing to emphasis with this slide is that there is no alcohol allowed on the track – it is restricted to campsites.
Being physically active is one of the most important things you can do to reduce your risk of cancer, especially bowel cancer. There will be a variety of physical activities available at relay – why not try something new!
