The auto industry and area of commerce in which automobile models are planned, designed,
manufactured, and marketed. The automobile industry is concerned with profits and competition. And
depending on the country consumer demands for styling, safety, and efficiency differ and with labor
relations and manufacturing efficiency too.
In the Automobile industry, many companies need to strive to make better and affordable cars. The
automobile industry is concerned with profits and competition, consumer demands for styling, safety,

in 2007, more than 73 million motor vehicles, including cars and commercial vehicles were produced
worldwide. In 2007, a total of 71.9 million new automobiles were sold worldwide: 22.9 million in
Europe, 21.4 million in Asia Pacific, 19.4 million in North America, 4.4 million in Latin America, 2.4
million in the Middle East and 1.4 million in Africa. The markets in North America and Japan were

stagnant, while those in South America and Asia grew strongly. Of the major markets, Russia, Brazil
and China saw the most rapid growth. In 2008, with rapidly rising oil prices, industries such as the
automotive industry are experiencing a combination of pricing pressures from raw material costs and

Healthcare Reform And Health Care Reform
As evidenced by the constant battle over health care reform, healthcare in the United States has
become a growing problem that must be addressed. While the main controversy seems to be the
politics of healthcare reform and whether the government should have total control, the one thing that
I believe should be the focus, is the quality of care that is embedded in the patient doctor relationship.
It s quite troublesome when large health insurance companies are swaying politicians to vote for less
health care regulation and higher premiums rather than focusing on the quality of care and the
importance of the patient doctor relationship, which has become overshadowed. That is why I believe
it is important to look at and consider how health care reform such as the PPACA and policies
implemented by private insurance companies have affected the doctor patient relationship and thereby
influenced the quality of medical care. One of the many reasons that I find this an interesting and
important topic is because I aspire to work in the medical field and the interaction between patients
and doctors is important for me to consider and determine how it has changed, whether it be for better
or worse, throughout the years as a result of added regulations and new reforms.
A pivotal aspect of receiving quality medical care is being able to communicate your health concerns
and have confidence and trust in your doctor, which is essentially the doctor patient relationship. Yet,

Issue and effect on individuals and society
Prior to 28th January 2015, bail laws posed significant loopholes in the system and are deemed to be
ineffective to achieve justice. Accused offenders may get away with bail based with evidence in the
case if it does not seem to pose a threat to the community. The problem persists within the conditions
set for their bail, as responsibility lies upon the magistrate or police to impose appropriate conditions.
However, though conditions do vary, it possesses a significant risk if the conditions enforced were not
strict enough, opening vulnerabilities for the accused to commit another crime, slipping through their
enforced conditions.
Yet not enough has been done to alert the community of this flaw, which thus continued to believe that
the criminal law system is protecting them. Effects are potentially dangerous, as individuals would
face the growing rate of criminal activity and with limited policing resources, not everyone ensured to
be protected in an unsafe suburban environment. If this issue continued to remain unresolved in the
long term, it would slowly corrupt society values, with more individuals

Description Of Biltmore Hotel
The Biltmore Hotel is located in Coral Gables, Florida around 10 minutes from downtown Miami. The
hotel sits proudly on the corner of Anastasia Avenue and Columbus Boulevard.
The Biltmore is a lovely mix of Victorian and European and was built in 1925. It is advertised as a
luxury golf and spa resort. The hotel has long catered to high society and has seen guests like Al
Capone, the Roosevelt family, the Vanderbilts, Duke and Duchess of Windsor, Judy Garland, Bing
Crosby and Ginger Rogers.
The hotel was built in the Mediterranean Revivalist style and has become one of the grandest hotels in
the U.S. After its heyday for some years it was used by the federal government, the University of
Miami s School of Medicine and then sat vacant.
The Biltmore then went through two major restorations in 1981 and in 1992. Today the hotel
welcomes not only guests but hosts various events like fashion shows and weddings. People can come

In the film The Equalizer , a thriller/action directed by Antoine Fuqua, there are several key scenes
that build the storyline for the movie, however there was one scene that engaged my attention and I
found had great relevance as I studied this film. It is the first fight scene where Robert McCall fights a
Russian group holed up in a hotel room. Significant aspects that I noticed Fuqua use in this scene were
the characters actions, camera techniques and lighting. I feel as though these 3 techniques were the
most important and the most effective. Fuqua cleverly utilised these techniques in this scene which
helped the audience to understand the characters emotion and to help build tension leading up to the
fight.
I feel that the director s purpose of this scene is to expose and shed a little light upon Robert and how
he approaches tasks as well as the way he thinks and acts in these situations. One example Fuqua has
attempted to portray in this scene is how Robert s mind works differently to most other people and this
is shown when we see Robert opening and closing the door 3 times before finally locking it behind
him. This shows myself and the audience that Robert is some sort of perfectionist and may have some
kind of O.C.D. Locking it behind him tells me that he is extremely confident in his own abilities. I

Media industry companies throughout the world has changed significantly during the last decade. Just

As horrible as this sounds, I don t believe that Medea ever loved her children, for there was no more
love for her to give that she hadn t already given to Jason, as was demanded of her by Aphrodite and
Hera. What many readers confuse for Medea s love for her children, is in actuality her love for Jason.
As such, her reluctance to murder his sons can be construed as her reluctance to part ways with the last
remnants of her marriage to the Greek. In this sense, it may be said that Medea was a mother who was
very much attached to her children, but not because they pulled at her heartstrings, but because they

Trading Strategy
As a portfolio Manager, my goal was to increase the portfolio value using a trading strategy that
combines speculation and diversification (Refer figure 1 in the appendix). As a speculator, I would be
betting on the movement of the underlying asset therefore, it was essential that I diversify my holdings
to minimize the exposure. A diversified portfolio would provide certain protection against the
downside risk if I bet wrong on the price movement. The types of vehicle I invested in were Futures
