and analyzing data from various digital sources such
as Social Media, Online Media, Government Data,
Short Messages Services (SMS), Survey, etc.

Social Media Command Center Main Functions are :
1. Gathering and listening people’s aspiration
2. Measuring people’s level of satisfaction against Bandung
regional government Policies
3. Identifying Main Actors or Key person involved in Issues
4. Monitoring emerging and trending social and political Issues
5. Help Bandung Regional Government in making a decision
based on valid and reliable data
6. Help in creating communication strategy of Bandung Regional
Government
7. Monitoring People’s opinion or reaction to Bandung Regional
Government programs and Policies
