Trainers’ profile

                                      Capt. Jaison Thomas (certified Trainer for ASCB UK 090-
                                      1LSSGB24-9, ISO 9000 Internal Auditor) (SSC Indian Army) is a
                                      renowned name in the field of Human Resource Development and
                                      has been extensively associated with educational and HR activities,
                                      with a vast experience of 10 years he has carved a niche for himself
                                      in the educational paradigm of Madhya Pradesh. An MBA in HR,
                                      he has worked in diverse fields such as Core Marketing, Sales,
Corporate training, Insurance, Academics, Event Management etc. and as such, possesses substantial
work experience along with core skills.

Capt. Thomas has been associated with many prestigious educational and vocational institutes viz.
SGITS Indore, Vaishnav Polytechnic Indore, Genius Temple, Indore (of which he is one of the founding
directors), and Capt. Jaison Thomas has trained plethora of students from various disciplines.

He has visited Philippines (Manila) for attending a workshop on Training for Trainers & recently he
attended a fruitful workshop in Malaysia on scenario planning, and on this he delivered his
experience in one of his workshop in Baroda.



                                       Mr. Mikola Andrejeu is a Trainer. Since 1997, he has worked for
                                       media (journalist, copywriter), in retail market as a sole and a team
                                       player (sales agent, sales manager). In 2007-2010 worked in
                                       Oxygen Web Studio as a copywriter, later as an executive editor, a
                                       proposal manager and a project manager. In his current role, he
                                       trains both students and professionals. He runs English fluency
                                       (confident public speaking, neutral accent) as well as personality
                                       development, leadership enhancement, group discussions,
personal interviews, etc. These duties he combines with simultaneous interpretations.

He is known for his strong negotiation, communication and language skills. Mikola is native Belarusian,
currently in India, came here as a Business Communication Trainer in INCISIVE Training Pvt. Ltd.
When not working, Mikola explores Central India, trying to learn Hindi, understand the way Indians run
business, watches "Game Theory with prof. Ben Polak," Yale open courses.



                                      Mr. Mohit Khurana is an MBA from top most college of Central
                                      India (IMS, INDORE), he has worked as an executive presenter in
                                      TATA MOTORS, and his profile was to give presentation in various
                                      metropolitan cities, He has indulged himself in various voice and
                                      accent training programs in corporate. Recently He is certified as
                                      an International English Language Test System (IELTS) Trainer by
                                      British Council. He has conducted workshop on Language

Mohit has been training both students & professional for more than 5 years, specialized in verbal skills,
