                education and support for students with special needs.

DISABILITY SERVICES
Services are provided on a case-by-case basis and are dependent upon the impact of
the student‟s disability. While personal services and personal aides cannot be
provided, reasonable accommodations will be arranged to assist a student with a
disability based on a plan to be developed by the student and the ADA Coordinator
(Dr. Micki Erickson). The university is not required to „fundamentally alter‟ its
programs or incur “undue hardship”.

                 As a Hodges Student, if you need accommodations:
                     Contact Dr. Micki Erickson or Ms. April Brown
                         Provide documentation of the disability
             Fill out the Hodges University Release of Information Form
      Give copies of the Release of Information Form to your chosen professors
                  Facilitate provision of reasonable accommodations
                                       Attend class
                           Use accommodations appropriately
                                Speak up if trouble arises
