Self talk lets us down, we doubt ourselves, in our sub conscious we want to believe, but don't to
beleive. That is why our minds become our worst enemy, particularly our sub-conscious mind, as it
can think and work behind our foremost mental thougths. These foremost thoughts have to change
to meet new situations. The self-doubt in the sub-conscious therefore becomes the message we
project to the universe, as we try to manifest our needs. Because your sub conscious need is
