Introduction
Human mind has often been referred to as a one of a kind filter. Among us, everyone perceives and processes things in one’s own way. A thing of insignificant nature for one might be an important for another. This helps the rise of difference in terms of opinions. From this difference come arguments. If these arguments are processed with tactics, they are capable of leading to significant results. In the case when these are passed merely for the sake of argumentative discussions, it can turn into a messy scenario where dispute among people prevails.
Disputes among men and women, especially at time of working within a team, can turn very troublesome. These can damage your psychological state and worsen your satisfaction in the job to a great degree. In general, dispute can be identified as “a conflict of ideas and thoughts among a group.”

nature for one might be an important for another. This helps the rise of difference in
terms of opinions. From this difference come arguments. If these arguments are
processed with tactics, they are capable of leading to significant results. In the case

Lately, during my work as a team member for designing a company website I met
a member who was the polar opposite of me in terms of mindset and nature. He
wished to fit in concepts into the site which were, according to me, not quite
appropriate for the gist and theme the site under construction. We attempted to
settle it through team meetings but were unsuccessful. Two separate departments
were given the duty to develop the site. I was the leader for one of these
departments and the person causing problems was the dead of the other
department. I maintained communication with team members of mine but I could
not get through to him. Slowly, very member of the team developed some sort of
dispute with him. Afterward, we created the website in the original format which is
enjoying huge amount of traffic these days.

Sources of conflict can be of the below aspects.
