Notes on every time student breaks a classroom rule.
Include date, time and consequence.
Give parents at least two possible dates and times for
meetings
Briefly share with parents the topic of the meeting.
Once the meeting is schedule, make sure a guidance
counselor or an assistant principal can attend the
meeting
