2. 1. This picture is a boat that Chet one of my main characters, bought but didn’t realize it was linked to a group of criminals that Frank and Joe were after. In the story the boat symbolizes faith and courage. An example from the text is the boat led Frank and Joe to keep their hope up about finding the criminals, and gave them courage in their findings earlier in the book. 2. This picture represents a secret panel Frank and Joe were desperately searching for to help get a clue to their mystery. The secret panel symbolizes confusion. Like in the text it states that Frank and Joe were completely confused weather or not there was a secret panel but still searched any way in confusion. 3. This picture is a strange key the Hardy boys found on the road while helping somebody. This strange key symbolizes the mystery the hardy boys are trying to solve. For example every time they start to solve their mystery the strange key all falls into place.
3. In the picture the police are investigating the house for clues to find out who did the crime. In my book Frank and Joe are searching the Mead’s mansion for a clue to the warehouse thieves. This is also important because if Frank and Joe had not found the house and searched it they might not of solved the case. 2. This key reminds you of the Mead’s mansion. The Mead’s mansion is a mansion that the Hardy boys found to be the hideout of the warehouse thieves. 1. 2.
4. 1. In my story Frank and Joes files get stolen from their dad’s important filing cabinet. Although the files were important to Frank and Joes investigation they still got something out of it. The people that stole the files did not think and got their finger prints all over, and Frank and Joe recovered them. 2.This map reminds you of a map the Hardy’s found. The map they found was related to the locations of all the robbed warehouses. 1. 2.
5. 1. In this picture a kid is locked in a room. This important to my story because if Frank and Joe found the secret panel, but when they went to enter three adults over powered them and locked them in. Luckily their dad became suspicious and went to investigate the Mead’s mansion to find Frank and Joe. 2. 1. 2. This is a picture reminds me of the secret panel in the Mead’s mansion. It reminds me of the secret panel because it is a magnetic key, and that is what was required to open the secret panel.
6. After the Frank and Joe are rescued, their father stays at the mansion with them to investigate. After finding nothing but the unique locks carved into the doors, they decide to wait all night for the warehouse thieves. At about twelve at night the Hardy’s heard the door open and quickly acted. After they had all of the thieves cuffed and in police cars, they then found the secret safe were all the stolen loot was. 2. This is a picture of a blow torch. It reminds me of the scene when the thieves try to cut through the secret panel of the wall. This also is important to this part because if Joe hadn’t reacted quickly the thieve would have over powered them with it. 1.
7. 1. Frank and Joe rounded up all of the stolen property and returned it to the correct ware houses. Chet, they Hardy’s friend also got his money back for the boat that he had bought that was stolen. After Frank and Joe returned all of the stolen property they had finally cracked the ware house thieve mystery and got a big reward from the police department. 2. This picture is of a Dory Boat. This boat is important because Chet bought from the thieves, but was stolen back by them. 1. 2.
