What is mobile 2.0? Good question... A lot of people are using this term, there is even a pretty big conference called like that. But what does it mean? Maybe we can take the shiny Web 2.0 and just move it on a mobile. It is not our vision at all. We call these Mobile 2.0 services, because we think they represent as much as a leap from current mobile services as Web2.0 represents from the original World Wide Web.

This comes from a method by Bill Gaver called cultural probes. The idea is not We asked 15 people using the subway every day to capture their experience by shooting pictures. They were asked to take pictures of 7 different things (something that makes their journey shorter, something annoying...).
