Pancakes.
Pancakes are one of the oldest traditions in the Russia. Pancakes are made from yellow circle. They
have got delicious taste. Pancakes are usually given with butter, sour cream, and jam exc.

Cutlets.
Ingredients (for 8 cutlets):
1. 1 kg of meat
2. 2 onions
3. 200 g of bread
4. Salt and pepper for liking
Mince meat. Peel and cut onions. Mix meat, onion and bread. Add salt and
pepper to the mixture. Then take frying‐pan, and put oil butter on it. Blind and
fry cutlets.

I eat mini cheese‐cake, cap of milk and yoghurt on my
breakfast. Milk give me some energy and it is very
nourishing. Mini cheese‐cake is tasty with bites of lemon in
it.. Yoghurtis are very tasty too and I like all products
made by Danissimo ...

This is my usual breakfast! It is cooked five minutes and this breakfast is
very comfortable for me. I usually have two sandwiches with sausage
and three light sandwiches with cream cheese and, of course, a cup of
tea or coffee. I think it a sufficient enough breakfast and it's very tasty)

My name is Julia Dooflot. I’m 14 and I study in PTS. It’s a
small school, but I like it and it’s not far from my house. My
best friend Rita studies there too. We are classmates.
I drew the tiger.
I like to draw so that I study in art‐school too. When we
decorated the wall near our classroom for Christmas holidays I
drew a tiger there.
Also I write fantastic stories in my free time. They are
about friendship, people’s troubles, and adventures.

Patty cakes with apples
I like patty cakes with apples.
To make these cake you need:
8 glasses of flour
125 g butter
3 glasses of milk
4 eggs
a glass of sugar,
2 spoons of salt,
70g yeast
500g apples
Put yeast, 4 glasses of flour and one spoon of sugar into the bawl.

9. Add the milk.
Put this into the warm place for 40 ‐ 50 minutes.
Add 3 eggs, 4 glasses of flour, sugar, salt and butter.
Whisk everything.
Put it in the warm place again on 25 – 30 minutes
Then whisk it.
Cut the mixture into small circles.
Take clean apples. Peel them, chop into small cubics.
Put the pieces into the pot and sprinkle some sugar. Heat them
until you get sort of jam.
Add ready‐made apple jam into the dough and bake for 25‐30
minutes with the temperature 200 Celcius.
The patty cakes are ready.

play basketball and volleyball. I like pizza and apple juice. I have
a cousin. I love him. He goes to the nursery school.
For breakfast I usually eat two sandwiches, porridge and drink a
cup of tea. If you want to cook sandwich you should take a slice
of bread brown or black and take a slice of cheese. Put the
cheese on the bread and your sandwich is ready to eat.

15. What I eat for my breakfast.
As for me I like to eat an omelette
with cheese and drink a cup of tea
with berries for breakfast.
We must have 2 eggs, 1

grams of cheese for
preparing the
omelette.
At first you must
break up 2 eggs and
whisk them. Then
you must take 50
grams of cheese and grate it. You
must add a pinch of salt, cheese and a
glass of milk into a bowl and whisk
everything. Then you must put it on a
frying pan and fry it. But
you must stir it every 3 minutes.

Borsch is one of the traditional dishes in Russia. Attending my
country foreigners very like it. Foreign people who visit my
country say that they like it very much.
Borsch is a nourishing soup. It is red, because it is made from
the beet. Also, It is made from potatoes , pommel, carrot,
cabbage, meet and greens. Borsch heats people during a cold
season. It is a balanced first course, usually, a big portion of
borsch is sufficient for the whole day. The green borsch is also
a Russian cuisine dish.
It is prepared just as the red borsch , only there is no beet, but
there are greens. It is usually served with boiled eggs and the
sour cream.

I think that cooking for children is a good way for mothers to
show their love, but it’s not the best and only way.
In my opinion, mothers should spend a lot of time with their
children, take care of them, play games with them, take them
to different places.
BUT, if the mother spends much time to prepare food for her
children, she won’t have enough time for the other, maybe
more interesting, things!!!
One of the traditional dishes in Russia is karavay. It’s delicious
little round bread.
Bread used to be the most important food in Russia. That’s why
bread is still so important for people in Russia. They used to
decorate it with leaves and flowers.
You can buy them in the shops too, but the ones you buy can’t
be compared with the real homemade karavay.
Karavay is made from dough (flour, salt, sugar, eggs, butter,
yeast). It’s baked in the oven and looks very beautiful after it
has been baked.
It can been eaten with tea or coffee.

pancakes.I tastes delicious!I'll tell you how to cook hem with
appels.How to cook:
At first you need hundred grams of flor and 1 egg,1 cup os
milk,2 teaspoon of sugar,1 easpoon of yeast,4 teaspoon of
butter and salt to taste.The warm water or milk, dissolved
sugar, salt, yeast, add the flour and eggs, the dough is mixed,
leave in a warm place for 3‐4 hours. During fermentation the
dough mix. Apples, peeled and core, cut into small slices and
put them into the dough before roasting.

You must do dough, then the filling.
You can choose filling which you like.
For example strawberries or cottage
cheese. I prefer cottage cheese.
You have to boil dumplings in water
until their preparation.
You can eat them with jam or sour

you want (I like with jam).
