Época de festas de final de ano e precisamos caprichar na ceia e principalmente nas
sobremesas.
Aproveitando o tempo quente vai muito bem fazer um bolo gelado e delicioso.
Por isso deixaremos aqui duas receitas deliciosas para você deixar sua família com água
na boca.
Bolo gelado de côco
2 xícaras de açúcar
2 xícaras de farinha de trigo
4 ovos
1 xícara de leite
2 colheres de coco ralado
1 colher de fermento em pó
2 colheres de margarina s/ sal
Modo de fazer:
Bata na batedeira os ovos, junto com o açúcar e a margarina, até ficar bem branquinho
acrescente a farinha, intercalando com o leite, por último acrescente o côco e o fermento.
Coloque em forma untada e enfarinhada, leve para assar até dourar.
Calda:
1 lata de leite condensado
1 vidro (200 ml) leite de coco
1 xícara de coco ralado
Misture tudo (não precisar levar ao fogo), coloque sobre o bolo ainda quente, polvilhe coco
ralado… Leve para gelar!!
Bolo gelado três chocolates
4 claras
4 gemas
2 xícaras (chá) farinha de trigo
1 e 1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
1/2 xícara (chá) óleo
1/2 xícara (chá) de água morna
1 xícara (chá) de chocolate em pó
100 g de nozes picadas
1 colher (sopa) de fermento
Massa:
170g de chocolate ao leite
170g chocolate meio amargo
2 latas creme de leite sem soro
3 claras
Ganache:
300g de chocolate branco picado
1 lata de creme de leite
Crocante:
1/2 xícara (chá) de açúcar
1/4 de xícara (chá) de água
100g de nozes picadas
Calda:
1 xícara (chá) de leite
1 colher (sopa) de achocolatado
Modo de preparo
Bolo:
Bata as claras em neve, continue batendo e acrescente as gemas uma a uma.
Junte a farinha de trigo, o açúcar, o óleo, a água, o chocolate em pó e misture as nozes e
o fermento.
Coloque em uma fôrma de 22 cm de diâmetro untada com margarina e enfarinhada.
Asse no forno pré aquecido a 200º até ficar firme.
Mousse:
Derreta os chocolates em banho-maria ou no microondas, misture o creme de leite e as
claras batidas em neve.
Ganache:
Derreta o chocolate em banho-maria ou no microondas e misture o creme de leite.
Crocante: Em uma panela, misture o açúcar e a água, Leve ao fogo brando, sem mexer,
até formar uma calda em ponto de fio. Desligue o fogo e misture as nozes.
Em uma superfície lisa, untada com manteiga, espalhe o crocante e deixe esfriar. Com
uma espátula desprenda o crocante e pique bem.
Montagem:
Corte o bolo ao meio e umedeça com a calda.
Em um aro, coloque uma parte do bolo, por cima a mousse e leve a geladeira até firmar.
Coloque a outra metade do bolo, cubra com a ganache e leve ao freezer por 3 horas.
Na hora de servir, retire do aro e por cima distribua o crocante.
