Who is the easiest person to fool in this world?
Well, the answer is simple. The easiest person to fool in this world is ‘myself’.
I don’t look good enough hence no one wants to be my friend.
Stop fooling yourself!
If I don’t have money, no one would respect me. Stop fooling
yourself!
If I don’t hang out with friends, I will be left out. Stop fooling
yourself!
Since I am stressed, I need to drink (alcohol) and smoke. It
relaxes me. Stop fooling yourself!
I am a failure. Stop fooling yourself!
No one loves me. Stop fooling yourself!
People are selfish. No one values goodness. Stop fooling
yourself!
Since I am 55 + its time for me to retire. Stop fooling yourself!
Because of my bad knees, I can’t exercise. Stop fooling yourself!
I can’t wake up early in the morning. Stop fooling yourself!
Ok, ok, I know you have got the point. Now, that I have your attention and irritation (maybe) too, here are a few
details that might make your eyebrows go up. Have fun.
Dr Shigeaki Hinohara, Japan, turned 101 last year. He still practices over 14 hours every day. He loves it.
After his 75th birthday, he has published more than 15 books that have sold more than 1.2 million copies.
He believes, energy comes from feeling good. That has been his focus his entire life – feel good.
He also says, look around in any country, any ethnicity, any gender or race. All people who live long are ‘never
overweight’.

He says, plan ahead. His schedule book is filled till the end of 2014. In 2016, he plans to attend the Tokyo
Olympics !
He says, retire after 85, if you want to retire young!
Every year he gives about 60 minute to 90 minute – 150 lectures, standing. Why standing? To stay strong !
He believes, the more fun you have, the faster you forget pains.
He says, don’t gather material things, gather experiences.
Life is filled with accidents but life is NOT an accident. Find purpose in your life.
What is his message to people? Draw a circle so huge that there is no way we can finish it while we are alive.
All we should be able to see is a arch….
