We offer three different options of in-house maintenance packages to manage your Allworx Phone System. These packages are designed to save money on site visits and remote programming of the Allworx Phone System.
1. Maintenance Packages and pricing
Gold Package:
• 4 hour response time 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
• On-site and Remote Services. Includes carrier support services (Opening trouble tickets, working
directly with carrier, providing hourly updates to customer)
• Supply emergency wireless internet for down customers. Supply back-up Allworx phone servers
for temporary use. Support disaster recovery back-up (In the event of an outage all numbers will
ring on an HDN owned Allworx server off-site with the customers personalized auto attendant
answering calls and informing of the outage, the auto attendant takes messages that we can then
generate into text massages to be sent out to employees)

$225.00 per month for a 12 month contract
Silver package:
• 4 hour response time between 8 am and 5 pm Monday through Friday
• On-site and Remote Services. Includes carrier support services (Opening trouble tickets, working
directly with carrier, providing updates to customer)
• Supply emergency wireless internet for down customers. Supply back-up Allworx phone servers
for temporary use.
$1295.00 (Standard price per year)
$125.00 per month for a 12 month contract
Bronze Package:
• Remote Services and support only for phone system Monday through Friday between 8 am and 5
pm
$495.00 (Standard price per year)
$275.00 every 6 months (one year minimum)
Miscellaneous charges:
• Basic Hourly Rate: 150.00/Hour
• After Hours Rate: 175.00/Hour
• Travel: 75.00
• Emergency Wireless Back-up Rental: 55.00/Day
• Temporary Allworx Server Back-up: 65.00/Day
• T1 Extensions: 100.00/Per Extension
• Cross Connects: 225.00/job
