Passion For The Industry
Intelligent And Quick Witted
 A person who is working in the
hospitality Industry has to be patient
    at all times.
 He/She may many a times come
across a person who may be irritated
for some reason or another and may
remove all the frustration on the one
who is serving them and that may
    unfortunately be you.
 At such a time you must know how to
deal with the situation without loosing
    your patience and hurting your
    guest’s sentiments.
    A person who is working in
    the hospitality industry has
to make sure that he/she is
    well groomed and looks
    presentable at any given
point of time may it be at the
start of the shifts or the end
of it because they are the
    ones that represent the
    brand he/she is working for
    and creates an impression
    of the organization in the
    guests mind. This is very
    important as it helps in
    generating future.
 A person who is working
    in the hospitality industry
    must be very humble as
    he/she has to constantly
    deal with guests and has
    to make sure that every
    guest that he/she deals
    with feels comfortable in
    his/her presence.
CONFIDENCE
A person who is working in the Industry
has to be very confident while dealing
 with a guest.
He/She must be able to answer the
questions that a guest may ask and while
answering these questions one must be
 clear and understandable.
Working in the hospitality industry may
include working for long and odd hours a
person may even have to work for 12-14
hours if situation arises. Hence it is very
important for a person to be physically fit
to cope up with such tight schedules and
at the same time to put in his/her best
 performance..
COMMAND OVER
     ENGLISH
 A person should have a good command
over English as he/she has to constantly
interact with guests and provide them with
 the necessary information and assistance,
at such moments if he/she fumbles it
creates a negative impact on the guest’s
mind about that person and even the entire
 organization.
 Skin is one of the visible
  outer part of human
  body, which plays an
  important role to defend
  our body by fighting
  against micro-
  organisms, bacteria,
  weather conditions
  which may harm the
  body routine.
TYPES AND LAYERS OF SKIN
     TYPES OF SKIN
 NORMAL SKIN
 DRY SKIN
 OILY SKIN
 COMBINATION SKIN
 SENSITIVE SKIN
Normal Hair
Dry Hair
Oily Hair
Damaged Hair
This the most ideal hair.
Soft and easy to manage.
It is shining, well balanced
    and does not dry out.To
    maintain this hair a well
    balanced diet and proper
    care is essential.
 It is due to inactive oil
    glands. It also caused by
    other factors like over
    exposure to the sun,
    using harsh shampoo,
    chemical treatment and
    improper diet. This
    accumulated oil, block
    the pores not allowing
the oil to flow on to the
    surface. This hair needs
    plenty of nourishment.
 This is due to over
    secretion of oil. Hence the
    scalp and hairs gets too
oily. These are of sticky in
    appearance. It is easily
    recognizable. These are
    very much susceptible to
    outer environmental
    conditions like dirt and
    dust. These need to be
    carefully managed and
    should be washed two to
    three times in a week.
 Heat-styling causes long-term
damage to hair if not properly
    moisturized, resulting in hair
    that is constantly fried and
    frizzy, making it difficult to
    manage. But styling isn't the
    only cause of follicle damage.
    Changing the different hair
    styles and color causes
    damage to the hair. Weather-
    beaten hair becomes dry and
    brittle over time, splitting into
two or three fibres at the tips.

  time to set look.
add the blush. A bronzer can be used in place of blush
  for a more natural look.
The next application should be on your lips. Carefully
line your lips along your natural lip line, and then fill
them in with the desired color of lipstick.
A reasonable length skirt
  or trousers of a non-
  jeans material
  combined with a top
  (such as a dress shirt,
  or sweater set) is
  considered acceptable.
  An informal dress with
  appropriate skirt length
  is also acceptable.
Sari fills a practical role as well
as a decorative one. It is not
 only warming in winter and
 cooling in summer, but its
 loose-fitting tailoring is
 preferred by women who must
be free to move as their duties
require. For this reason, it is
the costume of choice of air
 hostesses on Air India.
 Wrap the scarf around your neck and
make sure both ends are even. Then, tie
the scarf just as you would tie any bow.
You need a longer scarf for this one. Then
make a not like wraping a gift. Now it is
 ready.
