Responsibilities:
• Panel internal wiring verification and wiring of system cables from the cards to controller. Laying of heat
tracing cables according to the specifications.
• Organizing the Loop checking team, performing loop check from the field to instruments.
• Rectification of troubleshooting for material handling plant (SEIMENS S7 400PLC systems).
• Testing the HT Cables of armoured & unarmoured by using Insulation Tester (MOTWANE-IT 51).
• Hot Spot Testing the HT cables up to 33KV (To find out the underground cable cut place) by using of
TECHNO (Surge Generator, Reflect meter T-510).
• Experienced in maintenance of 6.6KV HT Motor up to 450 KW [Crompton Greaves make] and find out the
meggaring the insulation & inductance value of motor using Motor Checker EMC-22.
• Responsible for Transformer Oil Filtration (Heater, Filter, Degassing) process of oil 250 KVA to 20 MVA
[MAKE- HAMSA Filter].
• Responsible for overhauling the old HT Motors upto 450 KW and during breakdown time it should be
replaced, after alignment it will fixed with gear box at short time.
• Operation & maintenance of Capacitor Bank up to 1815 KVAR.

insulation of contactors & opening, closing of contactors by using of TIMER KIT (SCOPE).& LT breakers ACB
