• Remove wake sensitive and vulnerable wing elements

• Publish the entire design to a dedicated website
• Access to the website to be unrestricted
• Download of the design is free to all
• Only parts with published designs may be raced
• Only “licensed” suppliers may manufacture parts
that are raced
• Anyone can submit new designs for approval
• Maximum price of parts based on the original
published design prices
