suspense/thriller films.He is famous for directing popular horror film
Psycho (1960).

been re-created and parodied many times. Hitchcock's decision to
shoot the film in black and white as influenced by this scene as the
vast amount of blood featured would have over stepped the
boundaries of the times if it have been shot in color.
