How does the Reiki Music Work?
Japanese practice of healing pain and aches is known as Reiki. Through reiki your
stress is drastically reduced and you get relaxed. The practice is based on self-
improvement and healing.
The process of reiki works very easily. There are two methods to it. One is touch
free method and another is where the physical contact is made. In physical contact
method, the hands are placed on the body and positive energy is made to flow from
one person to the patient. The receivers of the energy feel relaxed and achieve a
peaceful state of mind that is equivalent to sleeping. Sometimes they sleep too. The
patients go into a different world while undergoing such treatments. The energy
travels inside the human body through channels that are called meridians. Through
these pathways the emotional energy is unclogged and the aches are eliminated.
Your body organs are nourished and the whole system is regulated properly through
the mechanism. The session of reiki lasts from an hour to two.
