12. AUTOCRATIC STYLE These leaders centralize power and decision making in them. They structure the complete work situation for their employees, who are supposed to do what they are told. The leaders take full authority and assume full responsibility. Continued…..

17. Advantages… The leader and group act as one unit. Creativity and innovativeness of employees is not suppressed. Employees are given relative autonomy to work.
