PROJECT DESCRIPTION
In the proposed project, the entire process of coal bunker filling is automated using PLC & SCADA.
PLC’s are cost effective, space efficient and reduces complexity. “Auto filling of boiler bunker”,
the main objective of this project is to avoid the false level of the bunker i.e. if one side of bunker
is filled, and because of slope nature level sensed at the centre, the bunker level is not true. In order
to acquire the true level, the bunker is filled simultaneously on both sides.
