Well, you must know that growing grapes from seeds is not the
ideal way of reproducing a grape vine. This is because the
genetics of a variety is not completely carried over by the seeds,

seed and the seed germinates successfully, the new grape vine
may not have all the true characteristics of a Concord grape.

during daytime. Seeds should not be placed outdoors in direct
sunlight, as too much heat and light will cause the seeds to die.
Some of the seeds may germinate in a few weeks. Once the
seedling is about one to two inches high, plant it out in a bigger
