matters, operations, and marketing.

DT Advanced Solutions:

President: Deutsche Telekom's Board of Directors approved my business plan in
December, 1996, for the founding of the USA research and development subsidiary
company in the Silicon Valley. On April 1, 1997, I founded Deutsche Telekom
Advanced Solutions in Palo Alto. Subsequently organized and led a team of 12 engineers
and business managers to evaluate, test, and develop new Internet and
telecommunications services in partnership with leading high tech companies.
Deutsche Telekom, Inc.: 5/91 to 1/97

Regional Director: Opened Western Region office for Deutsche Telekom in May, 1991.
With a small sales and marketing team, managed and expanded telecommunications
between the Western US and Germany. Exceeded sales targets. Organized successful
marketing campaign. Published a quarterly newsletter. Developed strategic business
plans for Internet and telecommunications services.

AT&T: 7/88 to 5/91

International Account Executive: Planned and delivered international services for
business customers in the Silicon Valley. Stimulated AT&T international
telecommunications revenue growth in the Silicon Valley by over 50 percent to $1.5
million monthly. Functioned as the international telecommunications expert and liaison.
Won several sales awards, and developed Sales Tool Kit for AT&T's international sales
force.

AT&T: 6/83 to 7/88

Supervisor, International Marketing: Responsible for the development of an overall
strategy for expanding telecommunications services in the USA and internationally.
Managed a project which led to the introduction of AT&T's very successful
USADIRECT service globally.

Economist: Cross-examined and critically evaluated testimony of experts, and wrote
regulatory decisions based on economic and financial analysis.
