2. Introduction Our Vision Palmview will implement a technology plan that will prepare our students for the 21st century. Technology tools and software will be used as an extension of the lesson in daily activities and students will have hands on opportunities to use technology by creating projects and using software throughout the year. Our Objectives The GOAL OF PALMVIEW TECHNO READY is to improve, monitor, prepare, and facilitate teacher and student use of technological tools, equipment and software in the classroom and to prepare a well rounded student for the 21st century. To make this change possible TECHNO READY goals have to be implemented in which technology is flawlessly incorporated into our school’s curriculum. The chart bellow and associated assessment charts are reflective of this goal.
4. Staff Development In order for this technology plan to be implemented successfully in every classroom in our district, mandatory staff development will be provided during the summer for all faculty and staff.
