Crab walk while dragging ball with stick handle almost

Run forwards and then run around ball in front to
protect it (left or right) and then run backwards

Ball at 45 degrees to right foot
One hand extension (left) lift off of ground
Ball off of left foot reverse stick open 45 degrees


Running with ball and hitting
Defender runs with ball on front stick and moves feet
around ball counter clockwise and hits to right
Right side runs straight down ﬁeld and hits left off of
right/left foot
Run to baseline and hit backwards (ball outside of left
foot)
Run 45 degrees to the right and hit backwards to the
left

Run right to left or forwards and cross over step and hit
ball between feet-can choke down on stick.

you.
