 Coordinate the iGCDP NST and create the link between the
NST and the MCVP iGCDP
 Organize and chair regular meetings with the NST and MCVP
iGCDP;
 Establish and implement a functional tracking system for the
NST;
 Ensure the performance of the entire NST throughout the
year;
 Divide responsibilities and tasks that are not established in
the JD of the NST members, but that bring a big contribution
to the final goal/strategy.

MCVP iGCDP
 Downscaling strategies to LC level (together with the NST)
 The Chair can create task-forces of VPs that will work with

1. Name 4 main bottlenecks that the iGCDP area is facing right now – along with
concrete strategies/initiatives that will solve those current issues.
2. 4 months of your term passed, the LCs did not capitalize on the summer peak
(there were only 60 realizations in the country). Your NST is demotivated (one of
them is not answering to emails or phone calls at all), as well as the VPs iGCDP.
The previously-established strategies for the next quarters do not fit anymore.
What are the concrete steps that you are going to take in order to solve this
situation?

Role: Responsible of coordinating the branding team and
assuring the brand positioning of AIESEC and our
program grows.
Responsibilities: · Coordinating the branding team
· Responsible for all the visual materials that exit the
organization from the national level
· Ensures education on branding at the national level
(through materials/trainings)
· Responsible for constant following the organizational
behavior and send an alert if it’s not according to the
brands standard (brand ambassadorship)
· Creates and implements a branding strategy for a long
term, together with his team
· Contributes to the MOS’s-being an accelerator of 25%
percent for the objectives
Workload: 25 hours per week
Work period: June – May

· Is account manager to some press entities
· Contributes to the MOS’s-being an accelerator of 25%

Responsibilities and Actions Responsibilities Actions  NST management and tracking  Coordinate the iGCDP NST and create the link between the NST and the MCVP iGCDP  Organize and chair regular meetings with the NST and MCVP iGCDP;  Establish and implement a functional tracking system for the NST;  Ensure the performance of the entire NST throughout the year;  Divide responsibilities and tasks that are not established in the JD of the NST members, but that bring a big contribution to the final goal/strategy.  Strategy creation and delivery  Create customized growth strategies, together with the MCVP iGCDP  Downscaling strategies to LC level (together with the NST)  The Chair can create task-forces of VPs that will work with the NST for fulfilling a task and bringing certain results;  Education on iGCDP  Ensure education and knowledge for the NST  Deliver preparation in national conferences & functional meetings  Organize, promote and deliver webinars (together with the NST)  Working Way & Accountability  Quarterly physical meetings with the NST and the MCVP iGCDP for planning and evaluation;  Monthly virtual meetings with the MCVP and NST (at least)  Showcase results and reports of activity to the LCP team and to the EBs;  Accountable to MCVP iGCDP  Works with the iGCDP NST and with the Comm NST (when necessary) 2. Name 4 main bottlenecks that the iGCDP area is facing right now – along with concrete strategies/initiatives that will solve those current issues. 2. 4 months of your term passed, the LCs did not capitalize on the summer peak (there were only 60 realizations in the country). Your NST is demotivated (one of them is not answering to emails or phone calls at all), as well as the VPs iGCDP. The previously-established strategies for the next quarters do not fit anymore. What are the concrete steps that you are going to take in order to solve this situation? 3.
