4. Delivery, Intakes and Entry Requirements
• Two modes of Study: Full-time and Distance Learning
• Two Intakes per year: September and January

– Full-time- MSc: 12 months
– Distance Learning- MSc: 28 months
• Entry Requirements
– A minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in
a relevant discipline, or
– A minimum of a second class undergraduate honours degree in an
unrelated discipline and significant relevant work experience within
the built environment, or
– A recognised appropriate professional qualification
