NGO in Ipanema, Rio de Janeiro looking for english and spanish teachers

1. English/Spanish teachers
What we are looking for (Skills/Knowledge)
- Native English/Spanish is an advantage
- TEFL teaching/ or college qualification course with previous teaching
experience will be an advantage
- Previous knowledge of planning tailor made lessons for adults
- Knowledge of online tools available to teach English to students
- Help design new English lessons material for the school (books)
- Help promote the school to prospective students
- The Person
- Must be older than 21 years old
- Must have a clear criminal clearance record/certificate from their country
of residence
- Must be deadline driven, self motivated and use initiative
- Previous work experience with referrals is an advantage
- Must be sociable (good peoples skills), adaptable, flexible and reliable
- Speaking a Latin language (Spanish) is an advantage
- Must be willing to commit minimum 6 months
In addition to this role all volunteers are responsible for cleaning the school,
reception work as well as making coffee for students.
