Deception by the Investigating Officer
Humanity is complicated in terms of moods, values and beliefs. The most
changing aspect of humanity is ethics. Ethics are not the standard regulations but it
is consists of set of guidelines that can be followed by them. It is different from the
laws of the land, ethical laws can be considered or not depending on the
circumstances. This study centers on the ethical controversies like deception,
ethical codes and law enforcement. The idea of truth is vague because many
people will based their judgment on the evidence being presented. Providing
evidences is not an easy task.
Ethics vs. Truth Extraction
Preventing the increase of danger and allowing the general welfare to be
considered, it is somewhat related with ethics. The issue is that not all people are
willing to agree with the idea. Ethics can be helpful and dangerous depending on
the situation. People have the choice whether to tell the truth or tell a lie. Truth, in

self-preservation, every individual needs to survive, and his actions are based on
his desire to survive. A person committed a violation, will usually insist his
innocence of the crime.

values, religions, and political affiliation. In some cases, such situations are
important in order to arrive with the truth. Some of these people include terrorist
member, prisoners of war, gangsters and criminals. The information obtained by
these types of people, is a threat to global security. The probability that these
people would like to utter the information is negative. There are instances that the
members share some information but it is worthy to be reminded that the ultimate
members will never disclose any kind of information.
Innocent people will discuss that such information is not important but these
people are those who have no experience with combat operations or not involved
in terrorism. In times of combat, soldiers are directly involved in the security and
protection of the nation, their family as well as their co-soldiers. Applying the
unethical methods, information obtained from the enemy is very important in order
to attack; the fight can be made in their territory, relatives, countries as well as the
involvement of civilians during the figh
