       MRE Poem (with Poe Apology)
       by Neil Meili
     Quoth the Evangelist
     mount up and ride
     to hell with those
     not on our side
     Quoth the Relater
who are we with, who's with us
we can’t leave anyone off the bus
     Quoth the Maven
I need info, tell me more
     Quoth the Evangelist
we can't wait for you to stew
     there are worlds to save
     and things to do
     Quoth the Relater
alright, alright, I'll go with you
but only if we save the people too
Quoth the Maven, mind the store
Quoth the Maven, mind the store

            Relationships

     Mavens: small, knowledge-specific network
 Interact with others who have good ideas or knowledge,
especially in shared areas of interest
 Prefer using technology as a way to enable interactions
     Relaters: deep relationships
 Interact with others on a human level
         Prefer 1-on-1 and in-person interactions
         Connect others
Evangelists: large network with weak ties. Interact with
       others who:
 Provide them with sound bites/understanding
 Are a potential audience for their “offering”

                                                                       © 2006 - 2011 Aviri Inc

      Evangelists
 Seek knowledge in the form of a take-away, “the answer
is 42” so they can share with others
      Relaters
 Sufficient with 50,000 foot level

Notas do Editor

  1. So “why” MRE?
  2. This model reflects energy and we can notice this energy in contexts that go from very broad to very narrow. At a larger perspective, when you read about or study a particular society, you get a tone from your studies, which is a representation of the energy that stands out from that society. When you walk into an organization, you get a sense of the energy that is driving that organization. When you talk to a person for the first time, you get a vibration from them that will tell you some about who they are.Cars… for example:Games… for example:
  3. An introduction to the energies.Play recording and then assign 3 folks to read their energy section aloud to the group.… can you feel the different vibrations as the different people spoke?
  4. Maven:Colors, position of person, and design and shapes.
  5. Relater:Colors, position of person, and design and shapes.
  6. Evangelist:Colors, position of person, and design and shapes.
  7. Look at the dynamic relationship. Are you getting a visual image in your head, of each energy’s purpose and how they interact together?
  8. Think back to the poem- like the vibration you got when hearing the different energies speak, image our personality radiating out similarly.
  9. Here is a map to illustrate how our personality comes through and the MRE model facilitates components of our daily life – what drives us, a higher purpose for us, the purpose of communication and relationships, and what they desire from knowledge.
  10. These are all potential conflict sources. Why do people want to be all three. We are not necessarily our idealized self. The value system of an entity, adopts its energy and therefore, its members/components are groomed, encouraged, etc. to be THAT energy; assuming there is a right/best energy; not embracing all the energies, as necessary to the whole.e.g. Family you know
