development professional and
focuses on partnering with others
to assess, design, develop,
facilitate and evaluate training.
Using simplicity and elegance as her core brand, Jerry
breaks down the complex and often overwhelming
pieces of learning and development and contributes to
effecting a change in the landscape and evolution in the
way learning is seen and embraced in an organization.
Jerry has made learning a life-long commitment. Early in
her career, she was awarded the Fellow Chartered Insurance
Professional Designation with a major in management—
the highest educational achievement in the insurance
industry. She continued her studies receiving her MBA
in Learning and Development, the Certified Training
and Development Professional Designation through the
Canadian Society for Training and Development, and the
DiSC® Certification in Workplace and Leadership. Jerry
is a member of the Board of Directors for the Canadian
Society for Training and Development and regularly
volunteers her time to coach others to realize their success.
