Ms Arshi Ahmad-Aziz is a reputed
training consultant in Pakistan. She
has been providing training and
consultancy since 1984, and has
conducted training programmes in
the UK, UAE, Bangladesh and
Pakistan.

She has had the privilege of working
with over 120 organisations, and has
trained over 25,500 people.

Arshi has worked with multinational, national and social
sector organisations. In these organisations, she has
conducted various human development programmes, with
an emphasis on communication and leadership. Her work
with these and other organisations has been at a variety of
hierarchical levels, from supervisors to secretaries to
senior management, and levels in between.

She has worked extensively with DSSP – the
Distinguished Secretaries Society of Pakistan, conducting
training programmes and leading seminars for them. Arshi
is also a trained relationship counsellor, who has trained
other counsellor's also.

Arshi believes in facilitative training methods, and the
whole person approach. She is founder and Lead Trainer
of ITC - The Institute of Training and Consultancy, whose
objective is to Maximise Human Potential.
The role of the professional secretary is changing, as they are increasingly viewed as professional
partners of their managers. They facilitate enabling them to meet their goals and organisational
targets. There can be no doubt that their position is key, with responsibility for the organisation of
their manager's office environment. This requires particular skills and understandings. The changing
role of the organisational secretary is a component of organisational development, as more
secretaries move away from the 'traditional' perception of the secretary towards management
functions. This seminar enables secretarial and administration staff to clarify for themselves, their
role in the organisation, whilst developing key skills to improve relationships and self-management.
