3. Preparation
• .1-In a bowl mix the cream, the butter
and the sugar until it is thick.
• .2-Add the eggs and stir well.
• .3-Add the orange zest.
• .4-Mix the flour with the yeast and stir
well.
• .5-Add the cocoa.
• .6-Put the mixture into the mold and fill
it half-way
• .7-Put the mold in the oven at 180
degrees for 40 minutes.
