The document describes a study that developed and tested a survey instrument to measure patient satisfaction with pharmacy services among HIV-infected patients receiving care from either a mail-order or community pharmacy. Exploratory factor analysis established the construct validity of the survey and showed two key factors. Reliability testing found high internal consistency.
