2. Welder (G&E): 59 Posts
3. Machinist: 20 Posts
4. Painter (G): 10 Posts
5. Carpenter: 20 Posts
6. Electrician: 25 Posts
7. Electronic Mechanic: 03 Posts
8. AC & Ref. Mechanic: 10 Posts
9. Mechanic (Motor Vehicle): 05 Posts
Age Limit: Candidates upper age limit is 22 years for Trades Welder and Carpenter and 15-24
years for all other Trades as on 17-06-2013. Relaxation is applicable as per the rules.
Educational Qualification: Candidates must possess VIII, ITI in relevant trades.
Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test and medical test.
How to Apply: Interested candidates can send applications in the prescribed format along with
attested photocopies of all relevant certificates and testimonials, passport size photograph affixed
must reach Office of the GM (P), Rail Coach Factory (Kapurthala) through post or can also be
dropped in the Box kept in the office of GM (P) on or before 16-07-2013 by 17.00 hrs.
