As a founder, your product is an extension of what you are and what you believe in and so, the first sales tool you have is yourself. Today almost every individual has a personal brand. Personal branding is a - digital or not - footprint in the sands of time and space crowd sourced by friends, colleagues, and bosse. The question is no longer IF you have a personal brand, but how to guide and cultivate the brand in the service of your startup. Jason will give you tips and tricks to build and cultivate your personal brand in order to grow your sales.

Alice Zagury, Co-founder & CEO of TheFamily is talking about her favorite topic on earth: identity. When you start out, you have nothing but your team and your vision. You need to focus on just one thing: convincing your first fans to join your battle. Identity is the very first way you introduce your vision to the world. Your image communicates your values, your fights, your beliefs. To become a useful tool, your identity needs to be absolutely clear. It will then help you to find your punchlines, tone, communication channels... At the end of this workshop, you'll have a better understanding of how to handle your identity as well as a cool toolkit to get started on defining it.

The sales cycle begins with the design of your product. From features to after-sales service, thinking about a product in its entirety is key. However, when it’s about sales and growth, a marketing campaign is not always the holy solution ;) It’s then important to bond marketing and product design upstream to avoid mistakes. André Doumenc, share the lessons learned and mistakes to avoid, when designing a product, to be sure to meet your customers expectations: • How to apply concepts from Marketing to Product Design: right item, right quantity, right place, right time, and right price • How to master the conception process

It’s part of our daily lives, of who we are and how we live, move, work - a pretty broad category. And it’s the kind of sector that can easily be termed “slow.” Slow in adapting to new technology, slow in responsiveness to customers…. Some people think having a spreadsheet is already a win

By Dimitri Farber (https://www.linkedin.com/in/dimitrifarber/), cofounder at Tiller Systems (https://www.tillersystems.com/en/) Since Dimitri, Vincent & Josef founded Tiller, many things have changed: new products, new offices, a company acquisition & even the launch of an incubator for restaurateurs. When people talk about them, they are still described as a cash register solution, just like back on the first day. And yet, Tiller is much more than that. They now define themselves as an ecosystem that brings together cash registration + delivery + reservation + pre-order + analysis + integrations. They are not only addressing shopkeepers, but also passionate local entrepreneurs.

Accounting changed the world forever both when it was “invented” in Mesopotamia & when it became a double-entry system 500 years ago. Today, the profession of accountant & the practice itself are again undergoing major revolutions - revolutions that startups are initiating ⏱️ Looking at what is currently happening in the accounting world, we may automatically think that the profession of “accountant” is dying: The number of accountants has decreased by 25% in just the last 15 years. This “threat” is enabled by new technologies that are shifting everything within the space. Cloud, AI, blockchain & data are changing the game. But total automation is still very far away. And obviously, in such an ancient & symbolic sector, the opportunities are infinite. And we have a few examples of startups who are ready to seize them!
