A leader should have certain basic qualities to
work efficiently.They are
1.Intelligence - A leader must have the ability to
solve problems and take proper decisions. for
this he must be an intelligent person.
2.Communication skill- Objectives of the
management must be communicated with the
employees for this a leader must have good
communication skill.

A leader should have confidence in himself as
well as a sense of responsibility to carry out
any work.
4.Empathy
A leader should understand the feelings of
others.
5.Job proficiency
A leader should have proficiency in the jobs so
that he can explain the simplest way of doing
it to the subordinates.
