Being a student in 2011
1. Documentary Transcript
As student C, I am in charge of the sound which includes the voice over. As a group,
we discussed and decided which topic we should cover in each minute. So after
doing the storyboard , it was then easy to work out what the voice-over would be. I
consulted with the other members of my group and asked them what they wanted for
their minute to make sure I’m doing the right thing.
The first minute script is all about introducing the topic and getting the viewers
interested
The second is covering all the topics while establishing our audience and the
location of the documentary
The first minute is about University vs. Apprenticeships and covering other options
students available to students
The fourth minute is on EMA and the financial cuts students faced and how it
affected them.
The fifth and final minute is about youth unemployment and the reasons for that (the
government?)
