HOW MUCH DOES IT COST?
It is free to post jobs on NBR Talent. Only if you find the right
candidate do you pay a 12% plus GST success fee. No more
negotiating fees when dealing with multiple recruitment agencies.
HOW FAST DOES IT WORK?
NBR Talent is fast. For permanent roles you can expect to see
candidates within three to five days, and sometimes within 24
hours. For contractor roles our platform can work even faster.
WHAT TYPE OF JOBS CAN I POST ON
NBR TALENT?
You can advertise jobs across most sectors and functional areas on
NBR Talent including Technology, Sales & Marketing, Accounting
& Finance, Administration, Banking, Construction & Property,
Engineering, Human Resources, Manufacturing & Operations and
Supply Chain among others across salaries ranging anywhere
from $30,000 to $200,000 per annum. Contractor roles also work
particularly well. This said, some roles work better than others. If
you have any questions before posting your job, your NBR Talent
account manager will advise you.

you feel you need to cast the net wider. You remain in control to
tailor which approach best suits your requirements.
