por Lisboa, Porto ou Vilamoura?
É importante um espaço onde os clientes possam saborear um
delicioso Ben & Jerry’s, descansados e sem pressas. É um momento
que podem partilhar com amigos ou ser apenas seu.
Espaço idealmente com painéis e fotografias alusivas à marca, que
proporcionem momentos de descontração
Espaço “On the go”
E para aqueles que gostam de saborear o seu Ben & Jerry’s enquanto
passeiam pela rua com amigos?
Este espaço será ideal para quem gosta de parar, comprar o seu gelado
e seguir a sua viagem.
O ponto de venda será para o exterior da loja/quiosque evitando assim
que este tipo de clientes tenha de entrar fisicamente dentro da loja
para adquirir o seu Ben & Jerry’s
Fácil Acessibilidade
O ponto de Venda tem de se enquadrar num sitio com fácil
acessibilidade aos clientes. Um local onde as pessoas circulem a pé
frequentemente (Ex: A baixa de Lisboa), e onde não tenham de “pegar
no carro” para ir ter a sua experiência Ben & Jerry’s!
Ben & Jerry’s Experience
Queremos proporcionar uma experiência a todos os consumidores. Os
nossos pontos de venda devem ter uma música ambiente “friendly”,
onde os consumidores se sintam bem.
O ponto de venda não pode estar num local onde estejam a passar
carros a 2 metros de distância. Nós queremos proporcionar um
momento de conforto, onde os consumidores se sintam “nas nossas
nuvens”!
Os nossos colaboradores devem usar Marketing Pessoal, pois cada
cliente é um cliente diferente. Temos de passar ao consumidor que ele
não é mais um consumidor mas sim “O consumidor Ben & Jerry’s”

O meu nome é Miguel Pedro, tenho 27 anos e sou licenciado em
