Michelle Hunter presented a teacher development workshop on coaching. The workshop introduced coaching and its benefits for teachers, discussed two coaching models, and provided self-coaching tools for teachers. Hunter explained that coaching helps teachers improve through increased reflection, awareness, and teaching skills. Teachers learned how to recognize their "chimp brain" and manage stress through questions and goal-setting.
