Testimonial I have sold Real Estate in Austin for over 11 years. I have used other stagers in the past to no avail. I was fortunate enough to have recently started using Elemental Staging. Max has staged more than one of my properties with remarkable results. On this particular property, the house had many upgrades, but the overall appearance just didn’t pop and really accent all of the features. Max did a remarkable consultation for the sellers before she actually came and staged the home. This gave my sellers some homework (and some sense of control in the process). As you can see from the pictures, we did not do a major remodel. Max’s eye for height, space, flow, light and color is really the expertise that not only Realtors are looking for, but Sellers are looking for as well. What a difference her ideas made in this home. Because of the way she moved furniture, pictures, removed and added window treatments and decorated (mostly with the owner’s supplies) suddenly the house SHINED. Now you could really see how the space worked and flowed. She made the home feel warm and inviting while still being able to depersonalize it. You could really see the space, not the place. All of this sounds great, but does it produce results? Well, the proof is in the pudding. At the time we put the house on the market, houses in this neighborhood were on the market for an average of 84 days with houses of this size selling for $175-$185k. Because of the upgrades, we listed it for $192,700. We had our first showing 4 hours after it hit the market. We had three more showings the next day and received an offer the same day. We ended up selling the house for FULL PRICE at the TOP OF THE MARKET in 1 DAY. Staging doesn’t work. GREAT STAGING WORKS. When staging a house, keep in mind the house has to appeal to a wide market. Remove all religious items, even if it’s decorative The owners had beautiful accessories and furniture, but we’re STAGING, not DECORATING. Crosses removed, paint was touched up and space was opened and decluttered
Small plates on walls replaced with something found in another room, creating one focal point Bright and simple!
Before, there was no plan, no balance Nada! Now there’s more organization  and flow
Bedposts “blocked” the view and there was far too much furniture in the room Bedposts removed, new lamps - in proportion with the bed, less furniture and the room looks much bigger! The gorgeous trim stands out and the beautiful view from the room is now visible.
Unorganized “stuff” in the Master Bedroom Now everything has a place and looks organized but still cozy
From cluttered…. To open, but still comfortable
There was about two feet of space between the bed and the dresser in this guest bedroom Replaced with a daybed, easily converted to a queen sized bed when guests pop in for a visit.
Kitchen Before A little touch here and there  did the magic!
Master Bathroom Beautiful as is!
And don’t ever under estimate the importance of a good looking, ready–to-social backyard!
